Privacy policy
Effective 5 August 2026. This website is operated by MMCG Invest, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. MMCG Analytics is a division of MMCG Invest, LLC.
The short version
This site collects no personal data.
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no cross-site tracking, and does not sell or share personal information. It has no forms and collects no personal data from you at all. If you email us, we hold that email as correspondence; if you have never written to us, we hold your name and address nowhere.
What we collect, and when
Two things, and neither is a form.
When you contact us
This website has no contact form and collects nothing you type. If you want to reach us you email us directly, and we then hold that message the way any business holds its correspondence. Nothing about it passes through this site.
Automatically, when you visit
Our hosting provider records standard server request data: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, referring page, and timestamp. This is generated by the act of serving a web page and is used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic measurement. It is not used to build a profile of you.
Aggregate analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is cookieless: it sets no cookie, stores no identifier on your device, and does not follow you to any other site. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to, which is the reason that product was chosen over the alternatives.
What we do not collect
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No third-party advertising pixels. No fingerprinting. No location beyond the coarse region implied by an IP address. Nothing about the addresses you look up is attached to your identity on this site.
Why we use it
To answer you, and to keep the site up.
Anything you email us is used only to answer you, or, if you asked to be added to the indices and notes list, to send you those. We do not use it to market unrelated services and we do not add correspondents to the mailing list without asking.
Server request data is used to keep the site available and to understand aggregate usage, such as which pages are read.
Who else sees it
Two providers, both named.
Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting, network and analytics provider, which serves these pages, handles the request data described above, and provides the cookieless analytics.
Google LLC, through Google Workspace, our email provider, which carries any message you send us and any subscription you request.
That is the list. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for anyone else's advertising, and we do not transfer it to a third party except where legally required or where necessary to operate the site as described.
How long we keep it
As long as it is doing something.
Emails are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of client and prospect correspondence, then reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed. Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server request data is kept for a short retention window set by our provider, on the order of weeks, for security and diagnostics.
Your choices
Ask, and we will act on it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to info@mmcginvest.com. You can unsubscribe from any mailing at any time using the link in the message, and we will act on it without asking why.
We honour access, correction and deletion requests for everyone, regardless of where you live, rather than only for people covered by a particular statute.
The platform is separate
This policy covers this website.
app.mmcganalytics.com is a separate application with accounts, authentication and its own handling of the data you enter there. This policy covers this website. Anything you do inside the platform is covered by the terms and privacy notice presented there.
Children
Not directed at children.
This site is a professional tool for commercial real estate and lending. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top changes with it and the current version is always the one published here.
