CDCs carry the SBA 504 program on nonprofit budgets, and they read more third-party studies than anyone in the channel. Every Certified Development Company receives full Premium access at no cost. No card and no trial clock.
SBA and USDA lenders
A significant discount.
Banks, credit unions and non-bank lenders active in SBA 7(a), SBA 504 and USDA Business and Industry, REAP and Community Facilities lending receive Premium at a significant discount to the standard rate. Tell us which programs you lend under and we will send an individual quote with the discount applied.
Investors and developers
A free trial.
Sponsors, developers and equity investors start with a free trial of the full Premium workspace, on the sites they are actually weighing. Pricing is not available yet. An individual quote follows the trial.
CRE professionals
A free trial.
Appraisers, environmental specialists, brokers, civil engineers, land planners and surveyors work from the same record we do: ownership, values, building attributes, zoning, utilities and environmental files on one parcel panel. MMCG Invest writes third-party feasibility studies for SBA and USDA lenders. MMCG Analytics is the dataset our analysts work from, opened to the institutions that read our work. CDCs and program lenders are the reason the platform exists, so they come first. Pricing is not available yet. Until it is, every institution and profession receives an individual quote.

Is the workspace still free?
Yes. The free workspace stays free, with no account required. Premium is an addition to it, not a replacement.
What does Premium cost?
Pricing is not available yet. Premium is quoted individually. Certified Development Companies receive Premium at no cost. SBA and USDA lenders receive a significant discount on their quote. Everyone else starts with a free trial and receives an individual quote afterwards.
How do you confirm that we are a CDC or a program lender?
Use your institutional email address. We check CDCs against the SBA's published list and confirm lender program activity before access is opened.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is billed, because no card is taken. You keep the free workspace, and we will write to you with an individual quote for your institution or profession.
